Property Edit Co. was created by cousins Brittany and Janai, combining a shared love of property with years of hands-on experience renovating, designing and preparing homes.

Between us, we’ve seen firsthand how the right changes can completely transform the way a property looks, feels and ultimately presents to the market.

Brittany brings a background across property, law and interior design, together with experience working alongside homeowners, builders and developers to create considered, well-designed spaces. Through her interior design work, she has developed a strong understanding of where to invest in a property, how to make impactful design decisions and, just as importantly, where not to overspend.

Janai brings extensive real-world renovation experience, having renovated and transformed numerous homes of her own. With a natural eye for detail and a strong understanding of what people are looking for in a home, she knows how to identify the changes that can make a property feel more considered, inviting and appealing. Her hands-on experience means she understands what works in practice - where to spend, where to save, and which improvements can make the biggest impact without overcapitalising.

Together, Brittany and Janai bring a balance of design expertise, property knowledge and hands-on renovation experience - with a shared ability to see the potential in a property and know what it needs to present at its best.

Sometimes that might mean paint, styling and a garden refresh. Other times, it might mean updating a kitchen, changing flooring, improving the façade or completing a more substantial renovation.
